When Henry David Lee formed Lee Mercantile Company in Salina, Kansas, he not only made denim, he developed a strong work wear heritage synonymous to the American industrial revolution. So when Lee Jeans Malaysia called us to fabricate vintage crates, we were ecstatic.
Using salvaged old wood, we dutifully wanted to revive top quality woodwork. Henry was very meticulous in denim stitching. Thus, we paid attention to aesthetic details by studying old crates and imprints.
The crates will be in display in Sunway Pyramid Mall, Malaysia for Lee Jeans “Back To The Roots Campaign” from mid October to November 2011. If you do like what you see, keep a lookout for our new The Great Indoors crate collection.
